Europe
Lüks Kebab
Paris, France
Lüks is, above all, a story of originality and creativity. Created in 2019 by street food enthusiasts Kamal Zaoui and Nordine Bara, Lüks offers a unique twist to the traditional Turkish kebab. The spit is made daily with fresh meat selected by a renowned butcher before it is marinated for 24 hours in Lüks’ top-secret marinade. The eatery’s vegetables are freshly delivered every morning, all sauces are homemade, and their artisanal breads are freshly baked daily. At Lüks, hungry patrons can enjoy their choice of filling in three ways; in a giant pancake, soft homemade bread, or in a bowl.
The vibrant atmosphere at Lüks makes it the perfect spot for enjoying a juicy kebab and an ice-cold BOS Rooibos Ice Tea. Let the chefs transport you to the far corners of the globe with a unique menu offering lip-smacking fare crafted from the freshest local seasonal produce. They have six kebab options on the menu; including (but not restricted to) inventive flavour combinations like blue cheese and fig, goats’ cheese and honey, and Stracciatella di burrata (shredded fresh mozzarella soaked in sweet cream), black truffles and basil.
The original Lüks Kebab is located at 6 Rue du Père Guérin, with a Lüks takeaway to be found at 24 Rue de la Grange aux Belles. Another Lüks takeaway outlet is situated at SUPREM Food Court in Paris La Defense.

Distrito Francés
Paris, France
With its colourful locations offering Mexican soul food with a French touch, the two Distrito Francés restaurants are Paris rarities not to be missed. Inspired by that warm, family feeling that often accompanies Mexican fare and festivities, owner Davy Ngy left behind the world of finance to open his two unique Paris eateries.
The Distrito Francés restaurants, a 55-seater in Saint Martin and a spacious 90-seater in Marais, are known for being friendly, relaxed settings where friends, colleagues, and families get together, as well as perfect settings for romantic date nights.
Let Distrito Francés transport you to a vibrant culinary realm where Mexican meets French fusion, set to the sounds of hip-hop and RnB from the 90s-2000s, reggaeton, jazz, and a bit of everything else. Expect a variety of gluten-free burritos, the best guacamole in Paris, quesadillas, nachos, tacos and lots, lots more.
After visiting Distrito Francés, you might agree that nothing goes with Mexican cuisine like a refreshing BOS Rooibos Ice Tea, perfect for quenching that thirst after a tasty-but-spicy bite or two.

BABU
Ghent, Belgium
Street food, particularly smokey barbecues, has been a popular staple for many cultures over the years. Inspired by South-East Asian barbecues, chef Gerd De Mangleer and sommelier Joachim Boudens, known for their Michelin-starred restaurant, Hertog Jan, branched out and created BABU in Belgium. Here, the atmosphere is friendly and laid-back, with cool decorated container walls and a mismatch of dynamic, bold colours splashed everywhere.
The BABU team will serve you eclectic burgers, or as they call them, bunners. The fillings, toppings and seasonings are based on street food from cities around the world: Brooklyn, Bangkok, Beirut, Brighton and Boston. These mouth-watering burgers are served on homemade buns that resemble a cross between an English muffin and an Asian steamed bao bun. All bunners are accompanied by top-notch and triple-cooked BABU fries. There are beef, pork, fish, chicken and veggie options, with sides including fried pulled pork balls, homemade kimchi or spicy edamame. Pair a tangy BOS Ginger & Lime Rooibos Ice Tea with one of these irresistible bunners for a tastebud-tantalising experience.
Visit BABU’s website to view their menu or book a table. You can also check out their latest specials on Instagram or visit their Facebook for the latest news and social updates.
